Ways to contribute

The Commons is built by practitioners. Whether you've solved a challenge, led a new initiative, or learned something worth passing along, there are several ways to share your
experience with the community.

Write from experience

Write about something you've actually done. It could be a process, a decision, a template, a lesson, etc. We edit lightly and publish with your byline and headshot.

Be a podcast guest

We'll have a 30-minute conversation about something you've worked through. We pre-interview, prep together, and edit before publishing. You'll get the audio and the transcript.

Lead a roundtable

Host a small-group virtual lesson (12-20 attendees) and walk through a real decision. The group will ask question. Conversational, not presentational. One slide, max.

Have an idea to contribute?

No polished proposal required. Tell us what you'd like to share, and we'll help determine the best format, whether that's an article, podcast conversation, or roundtable discussion.

How would you like to contribute?

Not sure which to choose? Pick one and we can help match it to the right format.
